NetJets Middle East
When I was briefed about NetJets Middle East program, I knew promoting fractional ownership to their natural audience would be an interesting task, specially when some of them already owned their own jets.
With that in mind, we focused on the added value and increased return on investment that owning a jet, only when you need it, represents. Also we focused on the thought, that in contrast to their competitors, NetJets not only flies customers to their destination but also takes care of all their needs, from providing customers with a limo to travel to the airport, to sorting out tickets for events at their destination, hotel bookings, etc…
This service excellence required an interactive campaign that reflected NetJets’ customers expectations from the first point of contact with them. A website based on that understanding of a shared passion for excellence ‘Your vision, our vision’ was created along with an iPad/iPhone application to bring ‘The world at your fingertips’, allowing the customers to be in charge of their own NetJets experience at all times.
